Parting is geometry. Every sector is measured and sealed before a single extension is laid.

Knotless root, feather tail, sealed with a hot dip. No glue, no rubber — just hands, rhythm, and hours.

I · Deposits

• Non-refundable, applies to your service total. Typically from $40 unless a style notes otherwise.
• Slots are not held without a completed deposit — confirmed at checkout.

II · Payment

Every method is on the table and confirmed before the chair is dressed.

• Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, and card accepted.
• We confirm what applies to your visit when you book — no surprises at the sink.

III · Cancellation

Forty-eighthoursandthechairisfreed.

A rescheduled chair can still be offered. A silent one is lost for everyone.

• Reschedule with 48+ hours notice when possible to free your slot for another guest.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.

IV · Lateness

Theclockiskind,thechairafteryoursisnot.

We hold a small grace window. Past it, the next crown has already been composed.

• A grace window applies to every reservation.
• Extreme lateness may require rescheduling to protect the next guest's start time.

V · Prep

The suite is composed before you arrive — the only thing we cannot compose for you is the morning of.

• Arrive with hair detangled unless wash prep is booked.
• BYO hair must match the agreed style — we confirm pack type and quantity at booking.

VI · Adjustments

A finish is a conversation. Adjustments are welcomed — refunds are limited once hands are in the hair.
